What are support your Support Labs?
Fourways Support Labs are facilities available to all Fourways customers and are physically located at our Cape Town and Johannesburg Branches. These Labs have tools and cleaning materials readily available, as well as a technician to train or assist you.
Do you charge for the use of the Labs?
The Fourways Imaging Support Labs are completely free of charge and you are invite to use the facility to build as many cartridges as you want. However you are advised to purchase our high quality raw materials when using the labs.
Are your technicians certified?
There are little to no certification in the industry of remanufacturing printer cartridges, however our friendly and supportive technicians have years of experience in the trade, and are dedicated to researching and testing all new products.
What if I am not located near a support lab?
You are free to contact any of our branches via email or simply call us and our technicians may be able to assist you. They are willing to communicate using other methods such as Skype, Zoom or Whatsapp.
