TERMS AND CONDITIONS

* All accounts will be C.O.D until credit is obtained.
* Net 30 days available to qualified accounts.
* A 20% restocking fee will be charged for all goods which are returned
other than being faulty.
* All products which are faulty needs to be reported within 10 days or it
will be regarded as sold.
* No supplies will be returned without prior approval.
* Any stock returned as faulty will need to be tested first before any replacements or credits are passed
* Please check that your Proforma Invoice is correct prior to making payment.
* No stock will be reserved until payment reflects in our bank account.
* We strongly urge you to expedite your payment to avoid disappointment, as stock moves on a daily basis.
* Orders not paid within 3 days are mandatorily deleted.
* Shipment dates: Due to circumstances beyond our control, shipments maybe delayed from time to time. It is therefore advisable that you, the client, confirm stock ETA and availability on a regular basis.
